- All persons using the pool do so at their own risk
- All residents must shower before entering the pool
- A bathing suit must be worn in the the pool (no street clothes allowed)
- Children under 12 are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult
- Babies in diapers are not permitted in the pool
- Pets are prohibited in the pool area
- No diving
- No running on the pool deck
- No ball playing in the pool or pool area
- Food and beverages are not allowed in pool area
- Glass containers are not allowed within 4' of the pool
- Disruptive actions and rough play are prohibited
- Skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades or motorized vehicles are prohibited
- No smoking allowed in pool / recreation area
